Our puppies are guaranteed up to one year of age against liver shunt, hip dysplasia and congenital heart condition or hereditary heart condition. Prior to shipping, your puppy will be taken to a licensed veterinarian for a health certificate. Given a clean bill of health, your puppy will be shipped to you.
If your should reveal one of these conditions within the first year of life, we will provide you with another puppy of comparable quality as the one you had orginally purchased. We cannot take away the heartache concerning your puppy but we can provide you with a healthy puppy to love. This is a replacement puppy. Although you can't "replace" them so to speak since each puppy is unique and special, we can provide you with another puppy to love.
We do not cover Hypoglycemia, however, we do provide you with a tube of Nutra-Cal and all the necessary insturctions for use and observation of your puppy to help ensure hypoglycemia or low blood sugar does not occur. We provide this information verbally and in writing. It would be difficult for us to be responsible for what your puppy eats when he/she is not in our care.
