Procedures for getting your puppy home !
We do not accept money orders or cashiers checks.
We only ship within the Continental U.S.
We do accept personal checks allowing time for the check to clear prior to shipping your puppy.
We do prefer Paypal which has buyer and seller protection. We do not charge a fee for this service as per the paypal guidelines.
- Pick your puppy and send in your deposit. We will send you updated pictures of your puppy every two weeks. If at any time, you do not like how your puppy looks, you can pick another puppy or we will refund your money. We want both you and the puppy happy. That is the only way purchasing a puppy makes sense.
- Your puppy must be paid for approximately two weeks prior to shipping. Most puppies ship from between the age of 9 to 12 weeks old depending on the puppy and you.
- We take your puppy to the vet for a health certificate and relay that information to you. If you are picking up your puppy and live a long distance away, we will have your puppy vet checked prior to the puppy leaving here at your request. If you would like your vet to check your puppy, that is not a problem.
- We schedule a shipping date with the handler and contact you with that information. The handler is the person that fly's the puppy to you. If your puppy is flying in cargo, we contact you with the tentative itenerary.
- The day prior to shipping, you will be given contact information for the handler of your puppy. We will also provide the handler with your contact information. This is in case there are any delays along the way and you need to communicate the changes.
- You pick up your puppy at the airport nearest you that services American Airlines. At that time, you sign a contract for your puppy. Your contract information is listed on our guarantee page. If your puppy is flying in cargo, we use NortWest or Delta Airlines mostly and occasionally Continental.
- If your puppy does fly to you in cargo, all the information above applies with the exception of the handler information. Sometimes, the handler is not able to fly into certain areas.
Lord willing, you will have a long happy life with your new member of the family !!
