Procedures for purchasing your puppy and getting your puppy home.
We do not accept money orders or cashiers checks.
We only ship within the Continental U.S.

We do accept personal checks allowing for time to clear prior to shipping your puppy and prefer Pay pal.
Pay pal provides buyer and seller protection !
1.   Pick your puppy and send in your deposit.  We will send you updated pictures of your puppy every two weeks.
If at any time, you do not like how your puppy looks, you can pick another puppy or we will refund your money.
We want both the puppy and you happy.

2.   Your puppy must be paid for approximately two weeks prior to shipping.  Most puppies ship from between the
age of 9 to 12 weeks depending on the puppy and you.

3.    We take your puppy to the vet for a health certificate and relay that information to you.

4.    We schedule a shipping date with the handler and contact you with that information.  The handler is the person
that flys the puppy to you.  If your puppy is flying in cargo, we contact you with the tentative itinerary.

5.    The day prior to shipping, you will be given contact information for the handler of your puppy.   We will also
provide the handler with your contact information.

6.    You pick up your puppy at the airport nearest you that uses American Airlines.  At that time, you sign a
contract for your puppy.  Your contract information is listed on our guarantee page.  If your puppy is flying in cargo, we use Northwest or Delta Airlines.

Lord willing, you will have a long happy life with the new member of your family !!

If your puppy does end up having to fly in cargo, all information above applies with the exception of the handler.
